ForgeWorks Sourcing terms of service

These terms cover use of the ForgeWorks Sourcing website and the procurement brief you submit. The desk is an independent sourcing partner for modular and portable building inquiries. It does not claim authorized dealer status, and it does not present itself as the manufacturer of the buildings being compared.

What the desk does

The service records the use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination, and scope you provide, then may send that description to factories for quotations. A submission is a request for coordination. It is not an order, a contract for construction, and not a reservation of inventory.

What stays unconfirmed

Price, lead time, stock, code compliance, and compatibility with any named brand stay unconfirmed until a supplier states them for the exact system, quantity, and destination. Drawings and certificates belong to the party that issued them. Listing a standard such as IBC, ASCE 7, AISC 360, or AWS D1.1 on this site only means the buyer may ask for that document.

Your brief

You are responsible for the accuracy of the specification, quantity, and destination you send. Optional budget figures and a high-end, mid-range, budget, or undecided preference are instructions from you. They are not a rating issued by ForgeWorks Sourcing. Do not include payment card numbers or passwords in the requirement field.

No project warranty

The desk does not design the foundation, does not seal engineering calculations, and does not pull permits. Structural, fire, and energy decisions remain with the buyer and the licensed professionals for the project jurisdiction. Comparisons can be wrong if two quotations use different scope lines. Read the exclusions before you treat two totals as equal.

Page text explains how to prepare a brief. It is not a substitute for the supplier’s current data sheet. Catalog names are inquiry options. An empty product image means the photograph has not been attached. It does not mean the unit is available to ship.

Limitation

To the extent the law allows, ForgeWorks Sourcing is not liable for a supplier’s late reply, a factory’s change of scope, or a loss that comes from relying on an unlabeled price. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell a specific building at a stated figure.
